At Agnes Bethel, LLC, we stand behind the craftsmanship and elegance of every pair we create. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we offer a smooth, complimentary return and exchange process for eligible items.
Full-Priced, In-Stock Items
Starting July 10, 2025, we gladly accept returns for a full refund on unworn and undamaged, full-priced items purchased from in-house stock. Your return must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery. After this window, returns will be eligible for store credit or exchange only within a 14-day period from delivery.
All returned items must include:
Our soles are very delicate and we cannot accept returns on shoes that appear worn or damaged so we recommend that all shoes must be tried on for fit and size on clean, carpeted surfaces. Only until you are 100% sure that you will be keeping the shoes we suggest removing the plastic sole protector. Shoes of which the soles appear to be damaged will result in merchandise being shipped back and no refund, store credit or exchange will be granted.
Pre-Orders
Please note that all pre-orders are final until shipment is complete. We are unable to offer cancellations or refunds on pre-orders before they have shipped. Once your pre-order has been delivered, the standard 7-day return window for full refunds will apply.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale. No refunds, store credit, or exchanges will be issued for any discounted merchandise.
Shipping costs are non–refundable.

Exchanges
We are happy to offer complimentary exchanges on unworn, full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
Exchanges are eligible for:
– The same style in a different size
– The same item if your pair arrives damaged or defective
To initiate an exchange, please email clientservices@agnesbethel.com with your order number and requested size. We’ll confirm availability and provide a free return label to send your item back.
All exchange items must meet the same return condition requirements:
– Unworn and undamaged
– Original shoe box, dust bag, and sole protectors intact
– No evidence of wear or social media use
Exchanges are not available on sale items or pre-orders.
The Agnes Bethel Return Process
At Agnes Bethel, we take pride in every detail—from design to delivery. If a return is needed, we’ve created a process that is clear, complimentary, and respectful of your time.
1. Start with Us
To initiate a return or exchange, please email clientservices@agnesbethel.com within the appropriate return window.
Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
All returns must be approved prior to shipping.
2. Complimentary Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email.
We offer free return shipping on all approved, eligible returns and exchanges.
3. Prepare Your Return
Please ensure the following before sending your item back:
– Item is unworn, undamaged, and in new condition
– Original packaging is included (shoe box, dust bag, and unremoved sole protectors if applicable)
– No signs of wear, scuffs, creases, or use on social media platforms
Returns that do not meet these standards will be returned to the customer, and a refund or exchange will not be issued.
Note: Agnes Bethel, LLC is not responsible for the package once it is returned to the customer if it does not meet our return policy standards.
4. Ship It Back
Please use the prepaid return label provided to ensure tracking and delivery.
If you choose to use your own shipping method, we strongly recommend a trackable, insured service.
Note: Agnes Bethel, LLC is not responsible for return packages lost in transit that are not shipped using our provided return label.
5. Refund & Exchange Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
– Refunds (if eligible) will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original form of payment
– Exchanges will be processed promptly, pending availability
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the return is complete.
