U.S. Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping on all U.S. orders. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing, after which your order will ship via ground service with an estimated 3–5 business day delivery window.

Expedited Shipping Options

• Second Day (2 business days): Shipping cost is determined by the carrier at checkout. Not available on pre-order items.

• Next Day: Available upon request. Please contact us directly to coordinate. Not available on pre-order items.

Signature Requirement

To ensure secure delivery, all packages require a signature upon receipt.

Address Verification & Order Cancellation

For the safety of our customers and our business, orders where the billing and shipping addresses do not match will be canceled. Billing information must be verifiable and match the information on file with the card issuer.

International Shipping

We no longer offer complimentary shipping for international orders. A flat standard international shipping rate will be applied at checkout. Delivery timelines vary by location.

Important International Terms:

• All international orders are subject to duties, customs fees, and taxes as determined by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Agnes Bethel, LLC is not responsible for any customs delays or charges. We do not have control over international duties or fees.

• If a customer abandons a shipment after it has left our warehouse, they assume full responsibility for that package, including any loss, fees, or refusal of delivery. We will not offer refunds or re-shipments for abandoned packages.
