RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is the foundation of our business. Agnes Bethel, LLC hope that you love your purchase but in the event that you do not, Agnes Bethel, LLC is more than happy to issue a store credit for the full value of your purchase and/or an exchange on unworn/undamaged merchandise within 14 days from the date of delivery (i.e. your return shipment must be postmarked within 14 days from receipt of your order). If you must return an item please be aware that starting June 1, 2021 we will no longer be issuing refunds only store credits and exchanges. There are NO returns on sale items. We can only exchange for the same item in a different size.
All merchandise must include the original invoice, shoe box, dust bag, and unremoved sole protectors, if applicable.
Our soles are very delicate and we cannot accept returns on shoes that appear worn or damaged so we recommend that all shoes must be tried on for fit and size on clean, carpeted surfaces. Only until you are 100% sure that you will be keeping the shoes we suggest removing the plastic sole protector. Shoes of which the soles appear to be damaged will result in merchandise being shipped back and no store credit/exchange will be granted.
Shipping costs are non–refundable.
Agnes Bethel, LLC will not assume responsibility in the event a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We recommend keeping all tracking information for your records.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
If an item goes on sale once you've already purchased, we will gladly adjust it to the current sale price at your request if it is within 5 days of your shipment date.
Our ability to adjust sale prices is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The item must be identical in color and size
- Price adjustments do not apply to items included in Limited-Time Sales or Anniversary Sales
- We will only make one price adjustment per item
- Price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase the item

EXCHANGE POLICY
In order to keep our shoes exclusive, there is a limited amount of size availability per style and color.
Please follow all of the procedures and requirements above to return your merchandise for exchange. A direct exchange can be granted for a different size of the same style, or for another item of the same value (excluding special edition items). All exchanges are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Should the requested size not be available to fulfill your exchange, a store credit will be issued.

PRE-ORDER POLICY
All pre-order items are MADE TO ORDER. There will be no cancellations or refunds processed on pre-order items NO exceptions. We will only process an even exchange on MADE TO ORDER/ Pre-Order items.
